Jim - Founder (Retired)
Jim, after over 40 years of service with the military and police department, founded the company in 2017. Its humble beginnings were as a small notary service. Jim worked very hard to provide his clients with a service that was responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, and completely customer focused.
Stephanie - Owner
Stephanie is Jim's daughter. She moved to Arizona from South Georgia in late 2019 and took over the business at that time. Bringing with her over 25 years of experience as a notary, and her own brand of southern hospitality, she was able to expand the company to what you see today.
Annette- Administrative Assistant
Annette, originally from Guam, has lived in Arizona for 13 years. She loves cheering for the Phoenix Suns, listening to R&B and Country music, and dining out at one of our great Mexican restaurants. Annette is a real people person and looks forward to seeing our customers smiling faces everyday!
